How does HMS works?

After you apply and set up an interview with us, we will review all proper documentation. We match our nurses to the best of their availability and convenience.

How often do I get paid?

Bi-Weekly. We offer direct deposit as well as mailed-in checks.

Am I under contract?

No. You are not required to be under contract or committed to stay with us. However, once you are hired, you are required to fulfill your scheduled shifts based on your availability.

Referring a friend can get me benefits?

Yes, we offer bonuses after your referred friend completes 120 hours of work.

$50 for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

$75 for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

$100 for a Registered Nurse (RN)

$50 for Administrative Assistant (AS)

Once you are fully on board with HMS you will also be eligible for other bonuses

How do I cancel or exchange a shift?

We understand that emergencies and complications may arise. Just contact your service coordinator for a reschedule or shift cancellation.

Does HMS provides Performance Incentives?

Yes, here at HMS we compensate for excellence in productivity and performance. Once you begin working with us you will be introduce to our incentive programs.
